Navy Shine is a deep, dense navy blue with subtle touches of shimmer.

It goes on dark gray with little sign of the blue in a dry application.  Applying it foiled (wet) really makes the blue pop out and gives it a nice metallic finish.

This is a color that is very complimentary to almost all skin tones and eye colors.

 Perfect for a dramatic smokey eye looks or as a rich eye liner.
